This easy, not-too-sweet variation on classic honey-mustard is the Angry Trout Cafe's most popular dressing. Double the recipe if you like: It keeps well in the refrigerator for up to one month.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup vegetable oil

  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar

Directions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together the oil, mustard, syrup and vinegar. Cover and chill up to 1 month. Serve over torn mixed greens.
